MiW Privacy Policy
MiW (package: com.miw.app) is designed as an offline-first cat care app. This Privacy
Policy explains what data is processed and how.
1. Data We Process
The app may store information you enter, including:
- Cat profile data (name and optional notes).
- Health tracking records (weight, vaccination, deworming).
- Task and reminder entries.
- Optional app preferences (for example, reminder settings and UI preferences).
2. Where Data Is Stored
Data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. MiW does not require account creation and does not send your personal app data to a MiW backend server in the current version.
3. Data Sharing
MiW does not sell your personal data. In the current version, MiW does not share your app data with third parties by default.
4. Analytics and Tracking
MiW does not use advertising SDKs and does not perform behavior-based tracking in the current version.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders, notifications are generated locally on your device from your own reminder data.
6. Export / Backup Files
If you export data, files are created from data you chose to export. You are responsible for where you store or share exported files.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete records in the app at any time. If you uninstall the app, locally stored data may be removed by the operating system according to platform behavior.
8. Children's Privacy
MiW is a pet care tool and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe data was provided inappropriately, contact us to request review/removal guidance.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. The date at the top indicates the latest version.
